Damaged Card

The card was really damaged and I wasn’t going to give my girlfriend the card like that. It was a waste.

Hello, sorry to hear. While we do protect the cards we still cover the damage. Just send a photo of the card and we will send a full refund or a replacement that we pay for.

It was a good product and funny but it is advertised that the envelope has glitter in it when you open it and it was just a regular envelope.

Hello, this is correct. Every card we make has glitter built it because the only way to stop it is to break it. That’s what we have made for 8 years. — the glitter envelope is an optional product we sell. It’s not self-contained as most don’t want it. Or many want the envelope and not the card. We don’t re-sell items we find but design and build them ourselves. But we do think the options of adding glitter envelopes is more popular that self-contained.
